Dr. Inna Shturman obtained her D.D.S. degree from University of the Pacific in California. She is one of the few dentists in California to have also graduated from the prestigious Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies Neuromuscular Dentistry Program. She has successfully completed hundreds of hours in continuing education in the understanding and treatment of TMJ and sleep disorders. As per the American Academy of Sleep Disorders guidelines, dental oral appliances should only be fitted by qualified dental personnel who are specifically trained and experienced in overall health, the temporomandibular joint, dental occlusion and all associated oral structures. Dr. Inna has successfully been treating patients with TMJ, migraines and sleep disorders for over 7 years. She remains an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the International College of Cranio–Mandibular Orthopedics.
